Short bio
James is a Registered Dietitian (RD) and Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) working as a dietitian in the NHS. He has completed an MSc in Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Chester and also holds a degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University College Cork. During his undergraduate degree, James undertook an internship with the NNEdPro Group where his key responsibilities were for the organisation of the Summer School among other tasks. He subsequently joined the Global Innovation Panel, which he co-leads, as well as the Ops and Logistics Panel as Nutrition Education & Training Officer.
James has experience in working with individuals from a wide array of backgrounds and cultures through volunteering with the European Youth Parliament and Learning Enterprises, teaching English abroad.
