NNEdPro Global Institute for Food, Nutrition and Health

NNEdPro is anchored in Cambridge (UK) and convene central as well as regional networks across six continents as part of the International Knowledge Application Network Hub in Nutrition-2025. We develop adaptable and scalable educational models for nutrition capacity building in health systems. Society for Nutrition Education and Behavior

The Society for Nutrition Education and Behavior (SNEB) represents the unique professional interests of nutrition educators in the United States and worldwide. SNEB is dedicated to promoting effective nutrition education and communication to support and improve healthful behaviours and has a vision of healthy communities through nutrition education and advocacy. SNEB provides forums for sharing innovative strategies for nutrition education, expressing a range of views on important issues, and disseminating research findings. Members of SNEB educate individuals, families, fellow professionals, and students, and influence policy makers about nutrition, food, and health.

All SNEB members can apply to become an IANE member at a discounted rate. IANE members can also become SNEB members at a discounted rate through a discount code.

Monash University, "Food as Medicine"

Monash University, established in 1958, is one of Australia’s leading universities consistently ranked in the world’s top 1%. In just 60 years, Monash has become Australia’s largest university, earning an enviable national and international reputation for research and teaching excellence. They're active in over 150 fields of research across our 10 faculties, in areas as diverse as additive manufacturing, drug development, domestic violence and sustainable design.

IANE recognises Monash's "Food as Medicine" courses as a pathway for doctors and other healthcare professionals to enter the IANE membership scheme as a Professional Member. ​

To be eligible, healthcare professionals will need to complete the requirements below rendering them eligible to apply for the IANE membership scheme: ​

1. Complete a minimum of two courses from the Using Food as Medicine in Healthcare Practice program.

2. Complete the Food as Medicine course, being sure to meet the requirements and upgrade to a Certificate of Achievement.

3. Purchase, complete and pass the Food as Medicine Final Assessment Course (NNEdPro), which involves submitting two case study assignments for marking by Monash.

Please note completion of the Food as Medicine requirements does not provide automatic entry to IANE. You must submit your certificate of completion from this Food as Medicine NNEdPro Pathway course with your application to IANE.


BMJ Nutrition, Prevention & Health

BMJ Nutrition, Prevention & Health is a new journal co-owned by NNEdPro and the BMJ Group, launched at our 4th International Summit in Cambridge on 20th July 2018. The journal is dedicated to publishing high quality, peer reviewed articles that focus on diet, exercise and healthcare technology on health and wellbeing.

Authors of the BMJ NPH can apply to become an IANE member at a discounted rate.
